This is just the beginning and it's a good start, so far. Finally, everything is taking shape. This indictment will have to narrow down to all the various ignorant illiterates who have been elected as ward Councillors of different local governments. Subsequently, only those qualified, willing, selfless and ready will dominate Nigerian politics and Nigeria will become home again to its citizens scattered all over the globe.

What a shameful thing. They are disgrace to politics. They went to power
for their own interest and the interest of their families. I congratulate you EFCC.
They think they will go free, but forgotten that everyday is for a thief but
one day is for the owner of the house. Their cups indeed were overflown, so
must face the music. How could they be so curel, eating billions and billions
when poor people are dying everyday because of insufficient food
and poor condition of health. Honestly, they have no remorse, conscience
nor fear of God. Only greed full their minds yet forgetting that whatsoever
one does in this wicked world so shall he reap.
Finally, I am convinced now that the eyes of all, both home and abroad
Nigerians are wide open for this forth coming election no one can fool us again.
.Pls, EFCC keep it up, enough is enough.
Once again, Thank you for the Job well done.
May The Almighty Father continue To empower you for this work He has called you
to do.

With this EFCC cracking down on corrupt politicians, heads of agencies, Universities and individuals, it looks like it is no more "business as usual". One thing is to have the list out but another thing is to really keep them out of holding position of trust for good. These corrupt individuals see government coffers as their private slush fund. Can you imagine having those stolen fund available for the populace, what a nice country Nigeria will be. EFCC, more grease to your elbow. Jonathan, may the Lord give you the political courage to go through with this banishment. And this is what I am thinking.

I CAN SEE NOW THAT WE ARE MOVING FORWARD AS A NATION,EFCC HELP US TO COLLECT ALL THESE LOOTINGS FROM ALL THE ENEMIES OF OUR NATION. MORE GREASE TO YOUR ELBOWS MADAM WAZIRI FARIDA. GOD WILL CONTINUE TO GUIDE YOU WITH YOUR TEAM.

Please what of Dr Peter Odili former Rivers State Governor. Is he above the law ?

I think EFCC is trying. However, due to the way corruption has permeated our country, I think the EFCC should be a very big organization, with chapters in each state, and federal capital. Then a national office at Abuja, cordinating all local chapters.

EFCC, need our unflinching support across all sector, hence the institution has being let down by some selfish individual whom we think are working for the good of our country. Having said that people like Fayose would be running for LP in Akure, its appalling and despicable. God bless Nigeria

I want to know how Economic and Financial Crimes Commission managed to have current information about the corruption and fraud cases among so call leaders in my country.

it is not enough to stop these people from running for office. these criminals should be severely punished and all their ill-gotten gains seized. In China, these people would definitely have been executed if found guilty. The audacity that as a governement official, you can fleece the the people's money and have no fear of being punished is unbelievable. Hope the EFCC is serious in its efforts.

Though EFCC is starting a little late, it is better than doing nothing at all. The joy and hope of all of us is not in seeing these "thieves" (or better to call them armed robbers) prosecuted but in (i) recovering all stolen wealths returned to national covers (ii) not sparing anyone or making some to be above the law regaredless of positions (iii) separate your activities from politics. (iv) Utilizing the recovered money and propertities for the cizitens' benefits
This is a divine call on your part both to the Almighty and humanity. You cannot afford to mess up this service as history will judge you and you will be judged by history. Fear no foe and may God guide and protect you all. Good luck.

Kudos to EFCC but the list would be better if it extends to the three-tiers of government including serving office holders who have resisted invitation and arrest recently.
These people should be kept on watch list and not allowed to hold any office in their entire life time.
They and their companies should be black listed from participating in government contracts at all levels. Let them eat what they have already stolen.

EFCC should please not forget prominent thieves especially , in Imo state. All the erstwhile LGA-chairmen. . . .I mean all of them , PLUS Prof. Osuji (former minister of education), Former senate president Wagbara ( of Abia state), etc. . . . .and why has Gov. Orji Uzo Kalu been on bail since 2008 . These trials are taking too long , Mrs Waziri. We are hungry for justice , and we are not talking of 6-month jail terms please . A 6-month jail term is no deterrent , at all. We want 10-year minimum jail terms please , Justice delayed is justice denied ! !.

Nigerians must be tired over EFCC and her inability to send these many corrupt Nigerians to Jail.

EFCC,thank you for all the sacrifices and efforts towards rebranding our image by exposing these Evil and corrupt politicians. But still some big names did not appear on your list such as DEVILS like 'IBB,OBJ,ATIKU' and many more.Lets call a spade a spade ,you can't fight corruption one sided,it has to go in accordance with the law and law is no respecter of any person. If truely, EFCC wants to annihilate corruption in Nigeria you have to start from the head. Those three names above,if sincerely you can bring them to book then we will know you are making progress because you don't need evidence. The oil wind fall 12.4 billion,DELE GIWA,EJIGBO PLANE CRASH,JUNE 12,16 BILLION DOLLARS LIGHT PROJECT,HALLIBURTON just to mention but a few, these are more than enough to put behind bars for life.

EFCC, you have started well. But why are the IBBs, OBJs, Atikus, Peter Odilis and their partners in crime against Nigerians missing from your list. You would have rubbished all your efforts if these godfathers and sponsors of curruption are missing from the list. Every Nigerian of age in the 1980s would NOT FORGET in a hurry how this evil genius (IBB) bombed our dear Dele Giwa out of existence, stole our 12.4 billion dollar oil windfall and instituted 419 in Nigeria. After insulting the collective intelligence of Nigerians by refusing to appear before the Oputa Panel to defend all the allegations against him, he is gunning to return to power to 'misrule' same Nigerians - God forbid. We are all living witnesses to the looting OBJ inflicted on the nation - rising from the near bankcruptcy status in 1999 to a multi billion dollar superman, using our resources in just 8 years to build such an empire (Bells Group of Schools, Obasanjo Farms and Presidential? (Obasanjo) Library). Thank goodness his Transcorp has collapsed.
The case of Davi... Mark and his co-looters in the NASS is for another day. I hope the situation would not degenerate to a situation where sucide bombers would be visiting them at function venues. Please, update the list to include them to convince us of your sincerity with this war. We are looking forward to the day when a Jerry John Rawlings would rise to cleanse the mess in Nigeria.
